Cockroach:
The largest cockroach is six inches long and it lives in South America and with a one-foot wingspan. Cockroaches can live a week without its head and it can run up to three miles an hour. Roachers can live without food for a month but can only survive a week without water. The most bizarre part is that its heart is nothing but simple tube with veins. Cockroachers live all over the world, including the North and the South pole. It can withstand temperatures as cold as 0 degrees celcius, but die in temperetures lower than that. Why can cockroachers climb on vertical walls?It is because cockroachers have a set of little claws on their feet. Crushed cockroachers can be apllied to a stinging wound to help relief pain. Cool right!!! But thinking of that, it is disgusting. Female cockroachers incubate their eggs cases in their bodies until they are ready to hatch. The most disguting fact about cockroachers is that the male cockroachers transfer sperm to female in a package called a spermatophore.
Koalas:
Koalas are related to kangaroos and have a tiny pouch where yhe little newborns develop. The most amazing fact about the koala is that its newborn is only the size of a jelly bean and the newborn is blind, naked and earless. After it is born, it makes its way from the birth canal to its mother's pouch. After being born, iy uses its only two senses, smell and touch as an instinct that tells it which direction to go. After it reaches the pouch, it is tucked away to grow and develop for seven months.
Worms:
Earthworms have mouths which can eat but it does not have teeth. The best part about earthworms is that how they digest food. First, the earthworms pushes its throat out of its mouth to grab leaves and pull them back into the mouth. It uses its salivato make them wet. Next, after it is wet, it pushes it down the esophagus, then onto its crop, which then goes to the gizzard. Then, it uses the stones it swallowed and it uses them to grind the leaves(they are like teeth), which then is moved to the intestine to digest them. Finally, some of the leaf will pass into its bloodstream and the useless ones out the anus.
Eagles:
The bald eagles have a white head and big wings. Usually males are bigger than females, but in this case, the female bald eagle is bigger than the male. Its wings are 2.4 meters across. The eaglets are born with light grey then brown heads and only 4 to 5 years old then it develops their white heads and tails. The most unique part about the bald eagle is that it can soar over 10 000 feet high and their supremeeyesight enables them to spot fishes up to a mile away.
Polar bears:
Polar bears live along shores of the icy cold artic. When sea ice forms over the ocean in cold weather, most of the polar bears, except pregnant females, head out to hunt seals to eat. The cool part is that in fall, pregnant polar bears make dens in earth, where they stay in there through winter to give birth. During the nursing time, she will protect them from enemies and teach them how to hunt.
